All clothing orders are processed between 2 to 5 business days. Each item is made to order. A tracking number will be sent to your email when your item has shipped.
All items are shipped from our location in Richmond, Virginia.
Shipping is free for any orders over $69USD.
Flat shipping fee is $8.00
We will happily take care of any defective product.
We do not accept returns or process refunds on products that are the wrong size. Please use measurements.
We do accept exchanges. Please email us at mmcii2102@gmail.com if you have any concerns with a product and to start this process. A photo should be sent to represent any issue.
All items for exchange and or return must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with the invoice.
All items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
No returns are accepted of orders that use a promo code or for any sales that are 15% off or more.
Original shipping charges and free shipping are not refundable.
Note: All customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and shipping of new items.
All returned orders will be inspected and processed, an email will be sent to notify you of the return’s approval or rejection.
Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of original order time.
